We proudly ship worldwide. This service is free of charge for our customers.

Most orders shipped within the UK arrive next day.

Delivery times for all European shipments outside of the UK vary, so please contact enquiries@taylorandhart.com to find out more about postal orders to your region.

Taylor & Hart insures and registers all items for their full value, in order to make sure that your shipment is risk-free during its transit from Taylor & Hart to your doorstep. For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery of Taylor & Hart orders.

Customers in countries other than UK/US/EU will be liable for their own duties and taxes.

The parcel will not feature any Taylor & Hart branding, so there’s no need to worry about the delivery giving away your big surprise.

Taxes and Duties

All orders sent outside the EU, the UK, or the US are shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. In some countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible per transaction for these costs.

Can You Send Me Samples?

We currently have samples available as a gift with purchase. You can choose one or more samples depending on your order value with every order placed at allandsundae.com (subject to availability, T&Cs apply). Please note that samples cannot be sold and are only available with the purchase of full-size products.

Do you offer a discount on first-time orders?

Yes, we offer a discount on all first-time orders, simply sign-up to our newsletter to receive a welcome email with your unique promo code.

We ship worldwide to all locations, excluding:
Brasil, Brunei, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, North Sudan, Russia, Syria, India and Thailand

We do operate country specific websites, each with their own delivery options. If you can’t find the location you’d like to ship to, then please get in touch with our team on contact@ugustainusbader.com.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses.

To apply your discount code, simply enter it in your basket before proceeding to checkout. Be sure to enter the code exactly as received, without any additional spaces or characters.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the package:

Please be reminded that the courier will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery.

If an order is undelivered because you were not available at the first delivery attempt, the delivery driver will leave a calling card and will re-attempt delivery again. Following the final attempt, the courier may deliver to your local “Access point" if nearby, or the parcel will be returned to us.

In any case, our Customer Service team will monitor for delivery exceptions and notify the recipient accordingly.

If you have not received your dispatch confirmation email within 2-3 business days or if you happen to receive a damaged item or experience any loss, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team for prompt assistance.

US Delivery Options & Charges

Our US customer orders are being serviced via our DC in Connecticut.

We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will normally be fulfilled and dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, will be processed for dispatch the following Monday.

All orders are shipped via FedEx, All & Sundae offers a choice of three shipping service levels, which are dependent upon basket value and will be calculated and visible during checkout:

How will my order be charged?

You will be charged upon order placement. Your products will be shipped within one working day. (Mon-Fri). You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout. The order total includes any shipping costs.

When will I receive an order confirmation

You will receive a receipt for orders placed on our website and an automated email confirmation.

The order will be confirmed only when we send a confirmation email to the email address indicated on the order form. The email will contain a confirmation and summary of the order, such as: product description and information as well as the total price of the order, including taxes if applicable.

Which currencies do you accept?

We accept United States Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Australian Dollar (AUD), and Canadian Dollar (CAD).

Afterpay serves as an alternative payment option, enabling you to divide your purchase into four interest-free installments.

Who can use Afterpay?

Currently Afterpay is exclusively available to residents within the United States shopping on our US Store.

To use Afterpay you will need:

  • Have a US-issued debit or credit card
  • To be 18+ years old
  • A US billing address
  • Have a SMS-capable phone number

How do I use Afterpay?

To use Afterpay for your payment on augustinusbader.com, simply add the desired products to your shopping bag and choose Afterpay during the checkout process.

New customers must create an Afterpay account, which comes with an instant approval decision, while returning customers can log in to complete their purchase.

Your purchase will then be divided into four equal payments. The initial payment is required at the time of your order placement, while the subsequent three payments will be automatically billed to your chosen debit or credit card every two weeks.

Customers placing orders between $100-$400 are able to split their payments into 4, and orders above $400 - $4k (depending on consumers spending eligibility) will have two options of split in 4 or monthly payments.

Is there a minimum spend for Afterpay?

Yes, the minimum transaction needs to be over $100 (including tax) after any discounts or loyalty points have been applied.

Is there a maximum spend for Afterpay?

The maximum transaction limit for Afterpay is $4000. However, this amount depends on customer eligibility, if you have existing payment plans with us or other retailers, or are a first-time Afterpay customer - Afterpay may limit the amount you are able to spend in a transaction.

To check the amount you have been pre-approved to spend with Afterpay, use the Afterpay app or website ahead of purchase. Please note, that pre-approval is not a guarantee during purchase.

Can I use Afterpay for Auto Replenish Orders?

No, Afterpay can not be used for first time or recurring auto replenishment orders as Afterpay does not allow for recurring payments to be set up.

Should you be placing an order that contains a mix of auto-replenish and purchase once items and you would like to use Afterpay, we would suggest that you place the order separately to be able to checkout using Afterpay for your purchase once items.

Will using Afterpay Buy Now, Pay Later feature affect my credit score?

No. Afterpay Buy now, Pay Later payments will not affect your credit score. A soft credit check may be performed for new customers which are not reported to credit reporting agencies.

My application was rejected, how can I make payment?

If your payment was rejected you can use an alternate payment method to check out. Please reach out to Afterpay to discuss reasons why your application was declined.

When will my order be dispatched if you use Afterpay?

Your order will be dispatched within our standard dispatch timeframe after the first payment is made.
